Launch!

Fifteen towplanes are starting their engines now.  All classes will fly Assigned Tasks today:  356km in 15M, 332km for 18M, and 367km for Open Class. Over Leszno, we have a moist airmass from the Mediterranean and high atmospheric instability.  The task is to the east of Leszno and the air out there is drier, but a line of convergence is predicted to generate thunderstorms along the extreme eastern edge of today's racing area.  In fact, a rain shower has already appeared on the radar between the towns of Turek and Kalisz.
